Customer Success Consultant (Italian speaking)

About the role

We are looking for an Italian‑speaking Customer Success Consultant to join our Belgrade office. You will work with research institutions, government agencies and corporate clients to ensure they adopt, retain and grow their use of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new customers through onboarding and guarantee a smooth transition to our products.
• Drive adoption, retention and growth by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations, presentations and documentation to support renewals and new sales.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Track and prioritize customer activities, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and customer meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer‑facing roles, with at least 3 years in onboarding, retention and relationship management.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional language (French or Spanish) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working independently in an international team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Clarivate products such as Web of Science.
