Customer Success Manager (14h - 22h)

About the role

BlueCat is looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with a portfolio of enterprise customers. Working the 14 h‑22 h shift, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers extract maximum value from BlueCat’s Intelligent NetOps solutions and helping them expand usage across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead proactive customer touchpoints such as health checks, roadmap sessions and success planning.
• Provide product demonstrations, guide best‑practice implementation and optimize usage.
• Collaborate with Support and Product teams to troubleshoot issues and drive adoption.
• Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities, work with Sales to expand footprints and influence renewal strategy.
• Develop and maintain Success Plans tailored to each customer’s goals and maturity.
