Deployment Services Implementation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Deployment Services Implementation Manager to lead end‑to‑end deployment projects for our financial institution and retail customers. The role is based in Belgrade and combines on‑site coordination with remote collaboration, ensuring installations, de‑installations and branding activities are delivered on time and to contractual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deployment projects from initiation through closure, acting as the single point of contact for each assignment.
• Lead client and internal meetings to gather requirements, define scope of work and document responsibilities.
• Coordinate installations, de‑installations, site preparation and branding activities across cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain project schedules, assign tasks and use an EPM or similar system to track progress.
• Provide regular status updates, escalate risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support high‑profile or large‑scale rollouts and ensure compliance with deployment procedures and SOW requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous enhancement of deployment operations.

Required profile

• University degree, college diploma or equivalent industry experience.
• 1–2 years of experience coordinating installations, inventory control or deployment processes on low‑impact projects.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an EPM (Enterprise Project Management) system or similar project‑tracking tool.
