Director of Projects, Clinical Assessment Training & Surveillance (Remote)

About the role

The Clinical Assessment Training and Surveillance (CATS) department at Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a senior leader to drive strategic initiatives, develop new service offerings, and ensure high‑quality training content for clinical raters across Europe. This remote position reports to senior management and collaborates closely with clinical staff and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to define department strategy and objectives.
• Lead the creation and review of QMD documents, guidance, and other regulatory materials.
• Identify and develop new service arms while improving existing ones.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and bid defense.
• Assess clinical needs for current and upcoming projects and coordinate with CAT staff and leadership.
• Oversee the design and delivery of assessment training curricula, ensuring compliance with protocol, copyright, and sponsor requirements.
