Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff (Belgrade)

About the role

FAMSUN, a global leader in feed and food processing solutions, is expanding its European operations. We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to support the General Manager, Europe, and ensure smooth daily operations of our Belgrade office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, travel logistics, and meeting schedules.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and executive correspondence.
• Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up to ensure timely execution.
• Oversee office facilities, vendor relationships, procurement, and administrative budgets.
• Organise company meetings, customer visits, internal events, and business travel.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects across Sales, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Engineering.
• Assist in preparing business reports, KPI dashboards, and management presentations.
• Act as the primary liaison between the General Manager, internal teams, external partners, and government agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Chief of Staff or similar role.
• Experience in an international or multinational environment is highly preferred.
• Strong project coordination, organisational and communication skills.
