Finance Associate Opex – Maternity Leave Replacement

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Associate Opex to cover a maternity leave on a fixed‑term basis. You will support daily finance operations, focusing on OPEX costs, invoice processing, data accuracy, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Post and process incoming invoices
• Issue outgoing invoices
• Validate invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Classify invoices according to internal procedures
• Prepare financial reports
• Work with financial data in Excel
• Communicate with relevant departments to clarify invoice or cost‑related topics

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, administration or similar operational roles
• Understanding of OPEX processes or prior invoice and cost‑related tasks
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly, accurately and responsibly
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Team‑oriented mindset and proactive approach
• Preferably experience with SAP or similar financial systems

• MS Office
• SAP (preferred)
