Finance & Tax Administrator

About the role

Vetrozelena d.o.o, a leading renewable energy company in Serbia, is looking for a Finance & Tax Administrator to support its flagship 300 MW wind power project. The role involves managing e‑invoicing, ensuring tax compliance, and coordinating with external financial partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Serbian e‑invoice system (SEF), handling receipt, confirmation, and issuance of electronic invoices.
• Oversee local tax compliance, liaise with tax service providers, and review audit reports to mitigate tax risks.
• Coordinate with tax authorities, banks, and audit firms during inspections and annual audits.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial, treasury, and tax‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• Hands‑on experience with Serbian finance and taxation, including local tax regulations and social insurance policies.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Serbian and in English or Chinese.
• Experience in cross‑border business or foreign‑invested enterprises is a plus.
