Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee regional performance across several legal entities in Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo. The role reports to Central Controlling and Finance and works closely with General Management, Sales, Operations and Accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly P&L, balance sheet and other regular reports in line with Group requirements.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
• Provide in‑depth financial analysis, variance explanations and ad‑hoc insights for decision‑making.
• Support business development modelling, long‑term calculations and financial project control.
• Ensure compliance with Group reporting standards, coordinate audits and manage relationships with accounting, tax and legal service providers.
• Participate in ERP implementation, process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of controlling experience in a multinational environment, preferably pharma or commercial.
• Strong oversight of P&L and balance‑sheet reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with ERP and reporting tools.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
