Game Designer – Mobile Puzzle Games

About the role

Joyteractive is seeking an experienced Game Designer to join its R&D team and help shape the next generation of puzzle, casual and word games for iOS and Android. You will work remotely with a global team of 70+ professionals, focusing on fast‑iteration gameplay development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, iterate and refine core gameplay mechanics for puzzle and word games.
• Produce clear and concise Game Design Documents (GDDs) that guide the development team.
• Analyze competitor products to identify trends, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Leverage analytical metrics to make data‑driven design decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of game design experience, preferably on mobile puzzle or word titles.
• Proven ability to own features from concept to delivery.
• Strong understanding of monetisation and mobile market trends.
• Experience conducting market research and applying findings to design.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Adaptable, fast‑paced work style and fluency in English (B2+).

Required skills

• Unity engine proficiency.
