Gaming Equipment Technician – Hardware Maintenance

About the role

The Gaming Equipment Technician ensures that all gaming machines and related hardware operate reliably and comply with regulatory standards. Working flexible shifts, including weekends, you will support ARRISE's global iGaming operations by maintaining, repairing, and installing equipment across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, verification, and repair of gaming equipment and sub‑assemblies.
• Install, move, and set up gaming machines according to technical specifications.
• Provide technical consultancy and support to internal teams and gambling authorities.
• Document all service actions and follow internal safety and quality procedures.
• Identify opportunities to streamline repair processes, improve safety, and enhance equipment security.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a hardware‑focused technical role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible 8‑hour shifts, including weekends.
• Conversational level English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Experience using soldering equipment.
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment.
