About the role

Join ProPharma’s multilingual Medical Information team as a German‑speaking Graduate Specialist. You will support healthcare professionals, patients and consumers by providing accurate, science‑based information on pharmaceutical and medical‑device products, ensuring safety and compliance across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to medical and safety‑related enquiries via phone, email and web platforms.
• Provide evidence‑based answers using approved product information and regulatory guidelines.
• Document interactions in the company’s medical information system.
• Escalate complex safety issues to the pharmacovigilance team as required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas and product portfolios.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing or Medicine.
• Strong passion for patient safety and scientific accuracy.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and the public.
• Motivation to develop a career in medical information within the pharma/biotech sector.
