Global Site Activation Manager – Hybrid (Serbia)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Site Activation Manager to lead site start‑up activities across its clinical portfolio. This hybrid position, based in Serbia, will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely site selection, activation, and patient enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development, Alliance Management, Contracts, SSU Country Managers, Project Management, Clinical, Data Management and Medical Writing teams.
• Identify and evaluate critical issues related to site start‑up, regulatory pathways, and patient enrollment, providing data‑driven decisions.
• Deliver project milestones that meet internal and client expectations, producing accurate projections, reports and risk‑mitigation plans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for assigned projects.
• Oversee all start‑up deliverables from site selection through activation and lifecycle maintenance.
• Assume accountability for start‑up deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in clinical site activation and start‑up processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive projects to successful completion.
