About the role

Elnos Group, a leading international electro‑engineering company, is seeking a Construction Engineer to join its Serbian branch. The role focuses on building civil infrastructure for high‑voltage energy projects and supporting the execution of renewable energy, substation, and transmission line contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Construct civil works on energy facilities, including foundations, steel structures, buildings, and roads.
• Lead and participate in projects related to renewable energy sources, substations, and transmission lines.
• Coordinate internal and external project team members throughout contract execution.
• Manage installation resources and subcontractors during construction activities.
• Communicate with investors and supervisory experts to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with partner companies during design, procurement of construction materials, and execution phases.
• Monitor technical and commercial aspects of project progress and contract dynamics.

Required profile

• Graduate or master’s degree in civil engineering.
• Proactive, analytical approach to business challenges.
• Commitment to continuous learning and teamwork.
• Active use of English in professional settings.
• Preferably hold IKS 410 and/or IKS 411 licenses.
• Preferably have experience in construction or reconstruction of high‑voltage substations, plants, or transmission lines.
