Head of Cyber Security

About the role

Unlimit is seeking a Head of Cyber Security to lead its global cyber security function. Reporting to the CISO, you will own the operational execution of the company’s security strategy, ensuring resilience across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Unlimit’s cybersecurity strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Cyber Security team.
• Oversee Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Detection, and Vulnerability Management.
• Drive Cloud Security, Application Security, and DevSecOps initiatives.
• Strengthen security architecture and protect critical infrastructure.
• Embed security into the software development lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams.
• Automate security processes using AI‑driven technologies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, DORA, and SWIFT CSCF.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in cyber security, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical background in security engineering and operations.
• Proven ability to build and scale modern, automated security platforms.
• Experience working in a fast‑growing fintech or similar regulated environment.
