Immigration Support Specialist – French Speaking

About the role

The Immigration Support Specialist works closely with a dedicated team to manage a high volume of visa cases across multiple countries. You will handle each case from initiation through submission, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and exceptional client service while maintaining strict compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor visa applications for assigned countries, from case start to final submission.
• Provide clients with clear advice on immigration rules, procedures, and required documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records, securely store documents, and upload immigration files to the system.
• Track case progress, follow up with clients, and meet Service Level Agreements.
• Support billing activities by reviewing invoices and acting as a point of contact for billing queries.
• Stay informed on industry changes and communicate updates to clients.

Required profile

• Graduate degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client‑service orientation.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to handle high‑volume workloads while maintaining productivity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software and secure document‑management systems.
