Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative who will handle incoming sales enquiries, support existing business clients and help grow our customer base. The role requires strong English communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries from companies
• Check inventory and fulfill orders
• Inform customers about pricing and enter orders into processing systems
• Reach out to potential clients to promote products and services
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing business clients
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Join calls with outside sales and handle multiple accounts and jobs simultaneously
• Achieve personal targets and contribute to team targets

Required profile

• Excellent customer care and communication skills
• Professional ambassador for The DDC Group and its client
• Clear, friendly telephone manner with active listening
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Professional attitude when dealing with customers
• Flexible, adaptable and genuine passion for helping others
• Target‑oriented and comfortable with computers and technology
• Proficient written and verbal English (C1 level)
• Previous sales experience is an advantage
