Inside Sales Executive – Albanian & English

About the role

The Inside Sales Executive will drive growth of the Autodesk portfolio for TD SYNNEX across the Western Balkans. You will generate new business, nurture partner relationships and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast‑moving technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and engage customers to create a pipeline of Autodesk opportunities.
• Conduct needs‑based conversations, present solutions and align TD SYNNEX value propositions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned partners and key accounts through account planning and cross‑selling.
• Identify project opportunities, involve specialists when required, and manage back‑order expectations.
• Provide partners with quotations, pricing, promotions and hand‑over qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates, pipeline quality and overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English and Albanian.
• Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset focused on achieving lead‑closing targets.
