Invoice Verification Controller (Romanian Language)

About the role

Join Ahold Delhaize’s Finance team as an Invoice Verification Controller. You will ensure the accuracy of supplier invoices, support payment processing, and collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain smooth financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Compare goods received notes with electronic invoices.
• Process received credit notes and create payment obligations.
• Communicate with suppliers to verify the accuracy of electronic invoices.
• Test the accuracy and efficiency of electronic document transfers.
• Process supplier credit notes related to returns in SAP and correct item‑level discrepancies.

Required profile

• High school diploma in economics or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Romanian.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and collaborative attitude.
