About the role

The Maintenance Service Engineer will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing service and maintenance activities for assigned energy‑efficiency installations, primarily solar power plants. The role ensures reliable and efficient operation of equipment while meeting contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement service and maintenance activities for designated plants and equipment.
• Monitor execution of maintenance plans, identify deviations and take corrective actions.
• Track plant conditions and apply preventive measures to guarantee reliability and efficiency.
• Control maintenance and repair costs within approved budgets.
• Manage resources to minimize downtime and ensure continuous service for clients.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining quality and performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, industry standards, client requirements and safety regulations.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through reliable operation and optimal plant performance.
• Keep technical documentation up to date and produce regular performance reports.
• Measure and verify energy savings, reporting findings to managers and project teams.
• Handle project budgeting, cost tracking, approvals and payment processes.
• Manage client complaints and coordinate energy procurement under supply contracts.

Required profile

• Preferably experience in solar plant maintenance or related electrical maintenance.
• Preferably higher education in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel as required.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
