IP Admin Analyst

About the role

Join Clarivate’s IP Service Operations team in Belgrade as an IP Admin Analyst. You will work closely with external clients, handling administrative duties and providing paralegal support throughout the trademark lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IP Management Systems, calendar statutory and non‑statutory deadlines, and ensure data integrity.
• Prioritize docketing and de‑docketing requests, facilitate timely filing of applications and responses.
• Prepare and file documents with the Patent and Trademark Office, track foreign filing deadlines, and maintain accurate records per SOPs.
• Support trademark prosecution administrative tasks and stay updated on PTO guidelines.
• Assist in managing clients’ intellectual property portfolios, including filing, maintaining, and renewing trademarks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient level of English.
• Experience with administrative tasks, preferably in trademark‑related work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
