IP Admin Analyst – Patent & Trademark Operations

About the role

We are seeking an IP Admin Analyst to join our IP Service Operations team in Belgrade. The role combines administrative support with paralegal tasks, working closely with external clients and internal stakeholders to manage patent and trademark processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IP Management Systems by calendaring statutory and non‑statutory deadlines, reviewing trademark prosecution documents, and ensuring data integrity.
• Prioritize docketing and de‑docketing requests, facilitating timely filing of applications and responses.
• Prepare and file documents with the Patent and Trademark Office, track foreign filing deadlines, and maintain accurate records in line with SOPs.
• Support administrative tasks related to trademark prosecution and stay updated on PTO guidelines.
• Assist in managing clients’ intellectual property portfolios, including filing, maintaining, and renewing trademarks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient level of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with administrative tasks (preferred).
• Previous exposure to patent‑related work or processes (preferred).
