Junior Technician

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Technician to join our client’s technical support team in Belgrade. The role involves monitoring IT and security infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and supporting incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor network, servers, applications and security devices during assigned shifts.
• Provide first‑line troubleshooting for hardware, software and network problems, escalating complex cases.
• Assist in the initial analysis and documentation of security events from CCTV, access control and alarm systems.
• Perform regular testing, maintenance and repair of IT and security equipment.
• Record all incidents, interventions and maintenance activities accurately.
• Collaborate closely with senior technicians and engineers to resolve issues and improve processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IT or security support role.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and networking.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts and an office‑based environment.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
