About the role

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow our portfolio of high‑value insurance clients. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring clients receive optimal insurance solutions and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture a stable portfolio of existing insurance clients.
• Analyze market trends and present tailored insurance offers for property, vehicle, and personal coverage.
• Prepare precise periodic reports to help clients make data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality service and resolve client issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance (property, vehicle, personal).
• Valid NBS license for insurance mediation.
• Fluent English for professional communication.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, data analytics).
