About the role

OTP Bank is looking for a proactive Consultant to lead technical and infrastructure management of its facilities in Belgrade. The role combines maintenance oversight, energy optimisation and close collaboration with IT and external partners to ensure safe, efficient and sustainable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise maintenance of all technical systems and building facilities.
• Manage the operation of data centres and server rooms.
• Monitor energy consumption and drive resource‑optimisation initiatives.
• Coordinate activities with external partners, suppliers and participate in supplier selection.
• Plan and optimise office space, including adaptations and relocations.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, environmental and fire‑protection standards.
• Oversee security and control systems across all sites.
• Handle budgeting, cost control and technical documentation.
• Implement emergency procedures and manage the Building Management System (BMS).
• Collaborate with the IT department to provide optimal conditions for server equipment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and IT systems in commercial buildings.
• Understanding of data‑centre and server‑room operations.
• Experience with energy‑efficiency and sustainable technologies.
• Familiarity with relevant safety, ecological and fire‑protection regulations.
• Analytical mindset with solid communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic and crisis situations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and facility‑management tools such as BMS, CMMS and ERP.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 41001, LEED, BREEAM, HVAC) are a plus.
