Lead Executive Assistant & Private Office Operations Manager (CEO Office)

About the role

As the Lead Executive Assistant & Private Office Operations Manager for the CEO Office, you will sit at the heart of Constructor Group’s global ecosystem, supporting the CEO across Germany, Turkey and Bulgaria. The role blends high‑level executive assistance with hands‑on leadership of a diverse support team, ensuring the CEO’s professional and personal agenda runs flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct executive and personal assistance to the CEO, handling calendar changes, travel arrangements, family coordination and confidential errands.
• Step in to resolve urgent issues when the support team is unavailable or when senior judgment is required.
• Lead, coach and structure a team of 3–4 Executive Assistants and 10–15 support personnel (drivers, chefs, housekeepers, coordinators).
• Define and enforce SOPs, checklists and productivity tools to streamline workflows across time zones.
• Maintain seamless communication with vendors, service providers and household staff.
• Anticipate needs and proactively remove obstacles to maximise the CEO’s productivity.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in executive operations, private office management or senior project leadership.
• Proven ability to manage high‑pressure environments and multiple concurrent priorities.
• Strong discretion, judgment and the stamina to switch between strategic coordination and hands‑on execution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for coaching a diverse support team.
