Lead Producer – Creative Marketing (Remote)

About the role

Novakid School is looking for a Lead Producer to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of its video production team. You will own the prioritisation, resourcing and delivery of a high volume of marketing, brand and ambassador content while working hands‑on alongside the team.

Key responsibilities

• Produce your own slate of videos while guiding the team.
• Collaborate with editors, motion‑graphic designers, graphic designers and copywriters to move work from concept to delivery.
• Plan capacity with the traffic team and push back on unrealistic timelines.
• Drive prioritisation conversations with stakeholders to focus on high‑impact work.
• Improve brief quality and reduce rework by working with requesters early.
• Build and roll out process improvements for large campaigns (storyboard one‑pagers, early producer involvement, etc.).
• Manage relationships with freelance editors, sound engineers and voice‑over talent.
• Unblock bottlenecks, keep pipeline visibility for senior leadership and anticipate potential breaks in the workflow.
• Shield the team from pressure and maintain calm under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a video or creative production team.
• Hands‑on production mindset with the ability to contribute directly to projects.
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
