About the role
Join Atlantic's sales team in Belgrade as a Key Account Manager. You will help shape the sales strategy for our most important customers and drive growth across the channel.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in creating and implementing the sales strategy for key accounts.
- Negotiate with key customers and maintain strong relationships with their representatives.
- Prepare short‑term and long‑term sales volume forecasts and cost plans.
- Monitor the execution of sales plans related to key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the adopted strategy is effectively rolled out.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in similar roles within the FMCG industry.
- Proactive, result‑oriented attitude with a willingness to adopt new approaches.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Valid Category B driver’s license.

- MS Excel
