Mobile User Acquisition Manager – Meta & TikTok

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a Mobile User Acquisition Manager to lead Meta (Facebook) and TikTok advertising efforts. You will work remotely, optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance, and scaling acquisition channels for our social entertainment platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and optimize Meta Ads and TikTok campaigns.
• Report on and analyze advertising performance using AppsFlyer, internal BI tools, and other analytics platforms.
• Scale acquisition channels while controlling CPA, improving ROI and revenue metrics.
• Test new targeting strategies and ad formats (e.g., web‑to‑app).
• Collaborate with the Creative Team for creative testing and identify scale solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Meta and TikTok advertising.
• Proven experience with campaign automation (API, autorules, Claude).
• Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experienced user of AppsFlyer.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (originally Russian‑speaking).
