National TT Manager

About the role

The National TT Manager will lead the development of relationships with TT customers and drive growth for JAFFA DOO CRVENKA, a well‑established FMCG company with over 50 years of tradition.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the sales strategy for the TT channel, contribute to annual planning and ensure achievement of sales targets, market share and profitability.
• Monitor channel performance, analyse results and propose corrective actions to optimise outcomes.
• Negotiate with TT customers, set commercial terms and build long‑term partnership relationships while planning and executing commercial activities.
• Lead and develop a team of sales supervisors and field sales representatives.
• Plan and control channel costs, oversee receivables and optimise channel profitability.
• Improve the organisation, standards and processes of the TT channel, track market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in the FMCG industry in a similar managerial role.
• Strategic thinking and strong negotiation abilities.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Proactive attitude and initiative.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Category B driver’s licence.
• Good command of English.
