Outbound Sales Consultant – Campaign Upsell

About the role

The Outbound Sales Consultant (Campaign Upsell Associate) will work from our Belgrade office in a hybrid model, focusing on increasing revenue through upselling and cross‑selling to existing customers. You will engage customers via phone, email, chat and ticketing systems during scheduled outbound campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to renew and expand contracts, emphasizing added value.
• Make outbound calls during campaign windows to generate upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Respond to email, chat and voicemail inquiries related to upsell renewals within agreed SLA.
• Maintain high service standards, follow company procedures and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of targets and continuously look for ways to exceed them.

Required profile

• Proven experience communicating with customers over the phone in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong sales, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Energetic, self‑motivated and comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing setting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
