Performance Marketing Manager – Easy Start Project (Remote)

About the role

NovaKid is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive paid‑social acquisition for its Easy Start product. The role is fully remote and focuses on rapid experimentation and optimization across Meta and Google advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and launch scalable acquisition channels, regions, offers, and creative concepts.
• Set up, manage, and continuously optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns for Easy Start.
• Design and execute fast creative testing cycles: formulate hypotheses, run tests, analyze results, and iterate.
• Monitor daily performance metrics such as spend, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA/CAC, conversion rate, and lead quality.
• Determine winning creatives, audiences, placements, and messaging, and make data‑driven decisions to scale or pause campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative, product, analytics, and activation teams to improve the full paid‑traffic funnel.
• Provide clear performance updates and actionable recommendations.
• Support testing of landing pages, quiz flows, offers, and other funnel elements linked to paid campaigns.
• Maintain clean campaign structure, naming conventions, tracking, and reporting.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven track record managing PPC or paid‑social campaigns, preferably in fast‑moving environments.
• Experience with rapid creative testing and quick campaign iteration.
• Ability to interpret early performance signals and make decisive optimizations.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting results and recommendations.
