Quality System Engineer (QMS)

About the role

We are looking for a QMS Engineer to join our team in Loznica. You will develop, implement and maintain our Quality Management System in line with industry standards and customer requirements, driving continuous improvement and supporting cross‑functional teams to achieve quality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct process and hierarchical audits for each factory, track and resolve audit findings.
• Revise, release and control level 3 and 4 standardized documents (work instructions, forms) and organise related internal training.
• Assist the Quality Management Department in updating procedural documents, promote their use, gather feedback and deliver training on releases.
• Organise periodic quality‑awareness and process training, perform factory inspections and collaborate on regular quality activities across Serbia.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Quality or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably in manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
