About the role

As a Revenue Growth & Inventory Manager you will drive commercial decisions that shape business performance across multiple international markets. You will own pricing, promotion and inventory strategies, turning data into actionable growth initiatives that improve revenue, margin and inventory productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pricing, promotion and commercial planning initiatives to support revenue and margin growth.
• Define and manage commercial investments, ensuring clear value and profitability.
• Execute promotional plans aligned with channel and business goals.
• Optimize inventory across markets and sales channels, maintaining healthy stock levels and strong product availability.
• Analyse stock performance by market, store, category and collection to identify slow‑moving items, overstock risks and sell‑through opportunities.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Retail and Finance to align actions with profitability and cash‑flow objectives.
• Implement commercial actions such as promotional mechanics, stock reallocation, markdown strategies and assortment optimisation.
• Monitor stock coverage, sell‑through, core assortment availability and inventory ageing to support better decisions.

Required profile

• Commercially driven and analytical professional with experience in multi‑market environments.
• Strong understanding of pricing, promotion and inventory management concepts.
• Ability to translate customer, shopper and market insights into growth initiatives.
• Proven track record of influencing business outcomes across sales channels.
