Sales and Clinical Support Specialist - Medical Disposables

About the role

We are seeking a Sales and Clinical Support Specialist to strengthen our medical disposables division. You will work closely with healthcare institutions, helping to introduce and implement our product portfolio while building long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare institutions and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
• Organise and deliver professional presentations and educational programmes for healthcare professionals.
• Provide support to customers during product introduction and implementation.
• Monitor market needs, propose portfolio improvements and identify new product opportunities.
• Track tender processes, collaborate with procurement and logistics, and follow up on awarded contracts.
• Work with local and international partners and manufacturers.

Required profile

• Experience in the healthcare sector or medical industry.
• Medical or healthcare‑related education (e.g., MD, pharmacist, nurse, medical technician) or proven sales experience with medical products.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, independent work style with effective workload organisation.
• Ability to build and sustain long‑term client relationships.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel nationally and regionally.
