Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join Mama Shelter’s sales team. You will be responsible for driving revenue by promoting our rooms, groups, meetings, conferences and events to corporate clients, agencies and MICE partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, MICE partners and event organizers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to sell rooms, group bookings, meetings and conferences.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Track sales performance, report on KPIs and contribute to revenue forecasts.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within hospitality or events.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
