Sales Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join our team in Serbia. You will be responsible for driving sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze supply and demand trends for products and services.
• Prepare sales balances by type, quantity and price.
• Track inventory levels of finished goods.
• Participate in creating and monitoring sales results.
• Conduct sales activities and expand the customer base.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Generate reports and maintain partner relationships.
• Oversee contract execution and receivables collection.
• Contact existing and potential customers, negotiate and support contract finalisation.
• Verify creditworthiness of new customers with the finance department.
• Recommend adding or removing customers from the database.
• Manage the application of a unique product coding system.
• Deliver results within set deadlines and expectations.

Required profile

• University education in economics, transport, agriculture or a technical field (preferred).
• Minimum one year of experience in sales.
• Active knowledge of English.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Driving licence category B.
• Knowledge of customs regulations is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
