Sales Representative – Field (Belgrade & Eastern Serbia)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, commercially‑minded sales professional to cover the Belgrade and Eastern Serbia markets. The position is heavily field‑oriented, with about 85 % of the time spent visiting customers, building long‑term relationships and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market analysis and prospecting.
• Visit direct and indirect clients to present, promote and sell a full product catalog (water heaters, gas boilers, heat pumps, climatization, etc.).
• Act as the company’s ambassador in the assigned area, expanding the network of installers, dealers, builders, designers and investors.
• Prepare proposals and technical documentation tailored to client needs.
• Monitor market trends and competition to keep product offerings competitive.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics or Technical field (Mechanical or Energy Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, pre‑sales or customer support within HVAC, water heating or hydraulic components sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the Belgrade and Eastern Serbia territory and customer landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage a territory and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned area.

• Microsoft Office – especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• AutoCAD (drawing package).
• Hydrosym drawing package (optional).
