Senior Account Manager

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and optimise our creator‑focused account processes. You will act as the bridge between creators, agencies and internal teams, ensuring high‑quality representation and driving revenue growth across our global social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and automate account‑management workflows to improve communication, problem‑solving and performance tracking.
• Collect creator and agency insights, monitor market trends and translate feedback into product direction.
• Maintain high standards for creator content, chat quality and overall platform performance.
• Boost creator‑driven traffic by overseeing consistent posting schedules and weekly promotion checks.
• Enable creators to promote new product features, increasing their earnings.
• Coordinate the Creator Cabinet initiative, integrating internal tools into daily promo workflows.
• Unify creator analytics across reports and internal systems into a central performance dashboard.
• Monitor and improve payout operations to ensure timely, accurate payments.

Required profile

• Strong financial and analytical background with advanced Excel and 1C expertise.
• Experience with AI‑driven digital platforms such as Higgsfield and Atlas Cloud.
• Proficiency in KPI monitoring and data‑visualisation tools like Superset.
• Project and cross‑functional management skills using Slack, Jira and internal systems.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent communication abilities.
