Senior Consultant PP/QM - SAP SCM (Business Consulting)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to lead SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) initiatives within S/4HANA transformation projects, primarily for Life Sciences clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and compliance experts to deliver compliant, end‑to‑end production and quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing and deployment of SAP PP and QM components.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulations such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Integrate PP/QM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, FI, CO) and external systems.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents and validation records.
• Conduct workshops, user training and knowledge‑transfer sessions.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP PP and QM.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA PP/QM implementations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, production and quality processes in the Life Sciences sector.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
