Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Join Ruby Labs as a Senior Data Analyst and become a key part of our fast‑paced, rapidly growing team working on a new job‑application platform. You will collect, categorize, and analyze data to create actionable reports that drive decision‑making across the company and uncover insights that shape product direction.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners and Data Teams across marketing, billing, and product domains.
• Create new dashboards and improve existing product reports.
• Analyse data to generate actionable insights, identify trends and recommend actions to maximise KPIs.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and homogeneity tests to validate hypotheses.
• Design and build robust data models in SQL.

Required profile

• Degree in an analytical field such as Math, Data Science or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to spot trends in large datasets.
• Experience in product analytics and subscription‑business environments.
• Fluent in English and Russian or Ukrainian.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL.
• Mixpanel, GA4 or Amplitude.
• Tableau or Looker.
• Python or R.
• GCP, BigQuery and Airflow.
