Senior Decentralized Clinical Trial Study Lead

About the role

The Senior Decentralized Clinical Trial Study Lead (DCTL) drives the strategic development and delivery of decentralized or hybrid clinical studies, ensuring rapid, high‑quality execution while meeting contractual and regulatory commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of DCT studies, optimizing speed, cost, and quality in line with contract terms.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing leadership to the DCT project team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional groups—including technology, mobile nursing, site support, regulatory, and site startup—to create integrated study management plans and resolve issues.
• Track progress against milestones, present updates to internal and external stakeholders, and manage risks, contingencies, and change control.
• Ensure financial performance by forecasting resources, managing scope changes, and driving profitability.
• Identify lessons learned and best practices to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Extensive project management experience in clinical trial environments.
• Proven ability to engage with customers and site teams, and to navigate complex, multi‑disciplinary collaborations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk mitigation, quality assurance, and financial stewardship.
• Familiarity with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and study tools used in decentralized trials.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to lead teams in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
