Senior Enterprise Account Executive – New Business

About the role

JetBrains is seeking a senior enterprise sales professional to own the full outbound sales cycle for AppGlass, its new AI‑powered production debugging solution. You will build an enterprise pipeline from scratch across Europe, engaging engineering leaders and senior technical decision‑makers to introduce this early‑stage product.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach relevant engineering decision‑makers within target enterprise accounts.
• Self‑source opportunities through networking, targeted outreach, referrals and industry events.
• Lead discovery sessions and commercial conversations with technical champions and economic buyers.
• Drive enterprise pilot programs, aligning user feedback with commercial goals.
• Navigate security reviews, legal negotiations, procurement cycles and vendor onboarding.
• Negotiate and finalize B2B agreements to secure new enterprise customers.
• Provide structured feedback to product teams to refine positioning and features.
