Senior Project Manager - Clinical Trials

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead full‑service clinical trials in Oncology (or Rare Diseases/CNS) within a global CRO environment. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of studies from Phase I to Phase IV, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, cost and quality while acting as a trusted partner to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all functional areas of clinical projects, including data management, safety, medical monitoring and biostatistics.
• Lead proposal strategy, budgeting, bid defence and contract negotiations.
• Manage client relationships, serve as primary liaison, and present project status updates.
• Coordinate cross‑functional internal and external teams to drive quality and timely execution.
• Prepare and review protocols, informed consents, site contracts and study documentation.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in life sciences or related field.
• Proven experience managing full‑service global clinical trials, preferably in Oncology, within a CRO.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines and deliverables at senior level.
