Senior Sales Analyst & Procurement Planner

About the role

SF1 Group is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst & Procurement Planner to join its Nespresso team. The role combines data‑driven sales analysis with procurement planning to ensure product availability across multiple channels and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain Excel‑based reports and analyses responding to management requests.
• Prepare purchase orders and adjust purchasing plans based on inputs from sales channels and business needs.
• Develop monthly and annual purchasing plans, updating them according to actual sales performance.
• Report purchasing and sales plans, stock levels, and coverage to the principal.
• Prepare financial projections for product purchases and revise them as needed.
• Coordinate product availability for promotional activities, considering transit times and stock.
• Place orders via the Nespresso portal and monitor weekly delivery schedules.
• Track sales results by item against monthly targets and support retail, marketing and wholesale teams with product availability information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales analysis, procurement or demand planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence handling large data sets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, structured approach to changing business priorities.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including complex formulas and database handling.
