Senior Software Engineer – Growth & Web Performance

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to own and extend our marketing surface, covering landing pages, affiliate integrations and search visibility. This is a hands‑on delivery role for someone with a proven track record of shipping production web applications at real traffic volumes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain high‑performance cached landing pages using React and Next.js, controlling static generation, incremental revalidation and edge cache invalidation.
• Develop and sustain affiliate integrations, including tracking links, server‑to‑server postbacks, attribution and reconciliation.
• Implement technical SEO best practices such as structured data, canonicalisation, sitemap generation, internationalisation and crawl‑budget management.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate commercial intent into measurable, shipped changes.
• Monitor and continuously improve page performance, tracking integrity and search visibility.
• Leverage agentic development tooling like Claude Code, exercising judgement on when to rely on it.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience delivering production‑grade web applications at scale.
• Fluency with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) and the ability to review generated code before release.
