Site Contracts Manager

About the role

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to join its European team. The position is fully remote and supports studies across multiple countries. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating and tracking a range of legal agreements to ensure study timelines are met.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements, master service agreements, site contracts, consulting and vendor agreements.
• Collaborate with clinical operations and study teams to align contract deliverables with study schedules.
• Maintain contract files, databases and archiving systems.
• Track, report and manage site contract metrics.
• Identify process improvements and support policy implementation for timely contract execution.
• Communicate contract status to relevant stakeholders and resolve contractual issues.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree (law, scientific, business or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRO/healthcare contract drafting, review and negotiation.
• Proven experience handling Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts and site budget negotiations.
• Strong organizational, written communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within virtual teams.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
