Site Contracts Manager

About the role

Ergomed is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to lead the negotiation and execution of Clinical Site Agreements (CSAs) for assigned trials. The role supports the Global Study Start‑Up Group and acts as a subject‑matter expert for sponsors and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement CSA execution strategies aligned with study start‑up timelines and client expectations.
• Prepare CSA templates, payment terms, and country budgets, incorporating fallback positions and negotiation parameters.
• Lead CSA negotiations at the study level and drive timely finalisation and execution.
• Negotiate directly with sites in assigned countries and manage escalations of out‑of‑parameter requests.
• Provide consultation during escalations and advise stakeholders on issue resolution.
• Maintain document status reports, update departmental tools/systems, and ensure proper documentation throughout the contracting process.
• Communicate status updates to project teams and coordinate with internal support structures as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience negotiating clinical site agreements and managing budgets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle escalations and provide clear guidance to internal and external parties.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
