Site Payment Lead – French Speaking

About the role

As a Site Payment Lead you will coordinate site payment activities across multiple clinical studies, acting as the primary point of contact for project teams and ensuring timely and accurate payments to investigator sites. The role can be performed remotely from Serbia, Poland or Hungary and requires fluency in French.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all site payment queries for assigned studies and serve as the main liaison with project teams.
• Set up and modify payments in the investigator payment system according to budget templates.
• Participate in study start‑up and payment strategy meetings to document funding requirements.
• Manage end‑to‑end site payment processes, monitor payment status and resolve escalated issues.
• Collaborate with Global Site Contracts, Clinical Operations and other internal teams to gather necessary information.
• Lead audit and inspection follow‑up activities.
• Analyse data and present findings to stakeholders.
• Train and mentor team members within the Site Payment Office.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies.

Required profile

• Fluent French language skills.
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
• Experience in clinical trial budgeting and site payment processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.
