Solution Consultant

About the role

The Solution Consultant will work with JAGGAER’s customers to translate complex business requirements into tailored Source-to-Pay and supplier collaboration solutions. The role involves configuring the platform, guiding clients through implementation workshops, and ensuring a smooth hand‑over to the support team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in JAGGAER’s product suite, including configuration, navigation and best‑practice design.
• Lead on‑site and remote workshops to gather, analyse and validate client business requirements.
• Design, configure and deliver solutions in line with the Statement of Work, meeting scope, timeline and budget targets.
• Analyse client workflows and recommend process improvements and best practices.
• Create and maintain project documentation with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Manage implementation projects, including large and complex engagements, and support testing, UAT and client sign‑off.
• Facilitate the transition from implementation to ongoing support and communicate status, risks and progress to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and champion continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of business experience with at least 3 years in SaaS implementation, consulting or client delivery.
• Experience delivering SaaS or ERP integration projects.
• 3+ years experience with eProcurement, supply chain or Contract Lifecycle Management solutions (preferred).
• Comfortable working within Waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and documentation skills.
