Spa Therapist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team at Saruna Wellness in Belgrade. The role involves delivering a variety of spa treatments to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and high‑quality experience in line with our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with guests to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Perform facials, body therapies, massages and basic beauty services following safety and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in a clean, sanitary condition.
• Provide personalized product and wellness routine recommendations.
• Collaborate with the fitness and wellness teams to create an integrated guest experience.

Required profile

• Relevant certification in spa therapy, massage or body treatments.
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre or hospitality environment is an asset.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, stand for extended periods and manage time effectively.
